I brought my car in November 5th and I was told it would be ready within a month. After the inspection and after frontier received the initial payment from my insurance I spoke to the representative and asked if I had to come in to pay my deductible or if I could wait until I picked up my car, I was told I could wait until I picked up the car. I later received a call saying “the office” wanted my service closed so I had to come in to pay the deductible, which I did. I received a text on the 30th stating my car was ready to be picked up. I asked the service rep when was the earliest I could come by to get my car. She said it wasn’t ready yet she just needed to close out my file. Why am I receiving a text saying it’s ready when it isn’t? The techs saw that the angle rotator sensor needed to be replaced. That delayed my car being ready until the 12/18. The service rep blamed the insurance company for the delay because she would call the adjuster and he wouldn’t respond, but she had access to his email address. On the copy of the inspection it clearly states that it is the service centers responsibility to contact them, they provided an additional email for supplemental services. I was called multiple times by the service representative to ask if I could call and contact the insurance company/inspection company. Not to be disrespectful, but that is not my job. I don’t believe the service representative exhausted all forms of communication before contacting me to reach out, which lead to further delaying my cars repairs. When I did speak to IAnet they said they hadn’t received the second supplemental from frontier — this was after the service representative told me she did. I asked her to CC in all further emails when she was communicating with the insurance and/or IAnet and I was only forwarded some emails. When I asked again she said she did, but I didn’t. I finally received my car and it’s now pulling to the right. I looked for Frank and he wasn’t available, so I spoke with Ruben Franco and he said his team did “everything they could do” the hour and a half I was there to fix the problem and mentioned that the tech suggested replacing the first two tires. ??? Part of my cars repairs was to replace the right two tires? Why am I replacing the front left tire. He then said to take the car drive it and he would call me today — he hasn’t and my car is still pulling to the right. There needs to be more transparency and clear communication from your team. It’s honestly very frustrating to be dealing with this.

Staff I spoke with seemed bothered by me coming in. I was not greeted by staff, the rep at the desk was having a convo with a coworker, looking away from me and just holding her hand out in my direction for me to hand her the form. The service provided was fine after but it definitely immediately put me on the defensive and was not a great first impression.
