Lily didn’t wear a mask at times when I was in her office. When I asked her to please text me estimates of the services that needed to be done, she said she was going to, but she never did. When I was picking up my car, Lily stood outside of the office yelling back and forth with an upset client. She would benefit from training on how to deescalate situations and how to communicate more effectively. This made me uncomfortable and I found it to be very unprofessional.

Jack was honest in letting me know how severe the condition of my car was and the necessary repairs required. Being that this engine started burning oil after 100k miles, I had to decide whether to fix it or get a new car. Decided to fix it since we are saving up for a home purchase. New car dint make financial sense. Overall a good experience and although expensive, glad I did the repairs.

Dean was friendly at first. After my vehicle was done being inspected, they discovered a screw in my tire. He provided me with a quote for one tire priced at $211. I asked if it could be patched, he told me not with that size of screw. I told him $200 is steep for one tire and I wanted to price out other options. He became very rude and the customer service aspect went to ****. I understand he gets commission from sales but from what I experienced today, he’s not interested is serving the customer, he’s more concerned with serving himself. I ended up going to My Tire Store, they patched it up within 15 minutes and I paid $15. Every other experience that I’ve had at Toyota has been perfect. I will continue going yo Toyota but I will not get my car serviced by Dean.
