Customer service at pick up was not that good. The associate who helped check me out was a little pushy and rude. Also, vehicle looks more dirty than it did when I dropped it off. It's completely covered in pollen with handprints all over it. A little disappointed since I've been coming here for years.

My husband and I have been with Lexus for many years now. We only service our vehicles at SC Lexus and we will only work with Evan Frykman. We know we can trust his honesty when it comes to the repairs needed on both vehicles. He always goes above and beyond. He greets us by name and always has a smile on his face. He has exceptional customer service. My husband is not always the easiest to deal with, as he can be very repetitive with his questions etc, However, Evan is extremely patient and always follows up with him throughout the repair process. This gives him the peace of mind he seeks and the very reason we will only contact and work with Evan.

As usual not organized , same old story every time I go
In for a service. Service guys all went to lunch at the same time so myself and others had to wait for them to return , once they did Evan was polite but the vehicle took an extra hour to fix and then another 30 minutes to clean ( which was done poorly ).
