Took a very long time to do what they did. That’s OK with me because I want the job done right. Two problems. First problem, they did a horrible job washing the car. My windshield was harder to see out of after I pick the car up. I’m not sure what they wipe it with but it always comes back greasy and it takes me forever to get whatever they put on it off.
Second problem. My car is a 2017. I was supposed to come in for my 20,000 mile service. I told this to the representative but he insisted my car was a 2016 and also insisted I needed a 30,000 mile service. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn’t want to argue with a guy who was sitting in front of his computer looking at my sales contract. I don’t know how you guys are going to fix this it will be interesting to see if someone even follows up. .
