When I got my car back, they did a poor job of cleaning my car. It was full of white dust all over the dash and seats and what looked like water slashes all over, even up on the navigation screen. Also, I brought it in with 1/4 tank of gas and picked it up pass empty. No one said anything and I got on the freeway before noticing and had to get off at the first exit for fear of running out. This is not my favorite service Lexus place. On a positive, the loaner car was great, loved it!
