Hassan is alway helpful as well as the rest of the service department. I feel they are trustworthy and honest with the service my car needs and thats the reason I drive to South County instead of going to my local Lexus in Westminster.

I was on time for my appointment. So why did I have to wait 30 minutes to be written up? If i can be on time why can’t SC Lexus be on time??
Regarding the work, the Zactek application to exterior seemed fine. The interior cleaning was mediocre at best. As soon as I opened the door there was a small pile of crumbs left on the floor and along the door threshold.
That is why you didn’t get a ten. You want a ten, then earn a ten.
