Everything went well except when I got into my car. I’m not sure what happened but the car smells extremely strong of gasoline. So far with the windows down, the smell is still there. Being pregnant definitely doesn’t make it easy having that going on. My husband went in as well and said the smell was very strong. Other than that, Evan was very helpful and nice.

I was really disappointed that when I went into the office with the customer experience person he took off his mask. Then when I turned to look at the other customer experience person sitting at his desk, he also had his mask off. The plexiglass was no substitute for wearing a mask indoors! It wasn’t just once, but both times I was in the office. We are either taking the pandemic seriously or we are not. South County Lexis is not. SAD.
Don’t contact me to follow up. I don’t need empty platitudes. I needed you to wear a mask inside in my presence and you failed.

I wasn’t entirely satisfied with the Zactec application.
1. Car was presented with streaks in the front hood. Mentioned it to service representative who after some pushback agreed to get the car washed and sorted out. The ashy conditions didn’t help but these streaks were not related to the ash in the air. Subsequently the streaks were removed.
2. I noticed there were water spots at the bottom of the passenger door and when I brought this up (asked service rep if Zactec should have removed these spots!, he confirmed that Zactec does not remove water sports. In the past the car was spotless after the application, in this case that wasn’t the case.

It was such a bad and horrible service I ever had in my life. Steering wheel, both front seats and the interior door handle were greasy and dark greasy spot almost all over inside the car. Also I just noticed today that they removed my floor mat in to the trunk and made my white carpet dark and greasy. There is greasy foot steps on my carpet. I really really don’t like this service. Although I appreciate Evan with great greetings and helping to handle this worse experience. I never recommend this dealership to any friends and co-workers. Mehdi L
