I have had only one visit to your beautiful facility so it’s hard to evaluate. I look forward to many more pleasant visits to service my wonder vehicle.

I went to service my IS 200t bec., alternator is making whining noise. I send the video recording of the noise to service rep. (Carlos). The service department told me that they can not replicate the noise. They told me that everything is ok. They check and test the alternator they found nothing wrong. After i drove from the dealer, i checked my car and herd again the whining noise. I can not believe that they did not hear the noise. Im frustrated and angry that i wasted one whole day and the problem is not fix. I was told to go back if i hear the noise again. I will definitely keep coming back until they fix the problem. My car is only 3yrs old and 17k mile. Its unacceptable to have parts like alternator fail too early. I want lexus to fix it.

All I wanted was my transmission fluid levels checked and I was told that they would not be able to do it without spending $400 for an entire service when it is not needed for another estimated 10,000 miles. If the dealer is unable to check levels, I’m concerned at the abilities of the technicians. Additionally, if it was not possible, I should have been told when I made the appointment that they were not able to do this. If not at the time of the appointment, then ay the home I lwad checking in my vehicle. I should have been turned away then so I wouldn’t have been out of a car.
