I have been getting my service at your facility for 9 years. Since the major engine service last year, I have been going to your facility for service at all time. However, I found out that the engine cover of my car is lost after getting service at your facility. Very unhappy. Please resolve as soon as possible.

Scott was good and overall the folks are very nice. I did a late pickup of my vehicle and was advised my keys would be in the front at sales since I’d already paid for my service. My keys were not there as expected and this led to a 30 min wait while another advisor tried to find my keys then he had to find my car. Not too terrible but it was cold and I had my 3 week old baby with me so this wasn’t ideal but the experience wasn’t terrible, just subpar in comparison to other Lexus dealerships I’ve gone to.
