I was told my back breaks needed replaced while I was in for a oil change. I did ok the repair but was never told the price of the repair. At time of payment I was never told how much my bill was! I was just asked to pay my bill! Without knowing the amount? When I asked how much the bill was, I felt like I was putting the employee out. Once I was told how much the bill was, I explained how much it was overpriced! Breakmasters price is half price and they guarantee there work for the life of the car. You lost my business on your poor communications

The only thing I was bummed about was my car was left with about 1 miles worth of gas. And I’m pretty sure I didn’t leave it that low. Other than that what a phenomenal expierence!
