Tim is amazing!! I live in San Diego but will now be coming to South County Lexus because of Tim. Tim answered all of my questions and in a way that I understood. I had previously been taking my car to Lexus of El Cajon and they were never able to answer my simple questions. Also Tim actually came out and looked at my car and under the hood before I left the car, I have never had anyone do this ever. Tim kept me informed of changes as soon as they happened and was just the kindest, most professional advisor. I have had a Lexus for 16 years in a row and Tim by far made the experience excellent.
