Daven is not only knowledgeable about the next service, but also is very personable with his customer service. He goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer’s loaner return time and proactively looks for the LEXUS factory warranty offer for the specific car. I have recommended him to be the service writer to my LEXUS owner friends snd told them to ask for him when taking their LEXUS in for service.
