Issac took care of me from begging to end and in the most professional & knowledgeable way. My issue was “unusual” and Issac wasted no time getting to the heart of the matter with mechanic Joe they assured me it would be resolved the next day. When Saturday Morning came, Joe had ordered the missing parts and installed them by 8:45am. My car was washed and delivered to me looking nice & pretty..Issac is top tier and his service is very much appreciated!!

Why is it so much for routine services with a vehicle under 3 year old? I love Toyota service package that includes oil changes for up to 36k miles ore 3 years. Lexus should offer something similar.
