My service experience is always exceptional but today service had a bit of miss communication with the total amount of balance for services. When the service person contacted me for the amount of replacing front brake pads and was given the total amount for the brakes, I was under the impression that the amount quoted was for total service and not just for the brake maintenance. I was extremely surprised when I was given the total balance due. I will more than likely be taking my vehicle to another shop just to avoid misunderstandings.

Doesn’t appear to be any systems in place to handle warranty work on used car sales on cars that aren’t Lexus’s, when the dealer sells you their warranty package. It provides for a zero dollar deductible payment if you take it to Lexus, but then you’re told when you bring it in, they can’t work on your car and you need to take take it to your vehicles manufacture and pay a $100 deductible. Please figure this process out and provide the service that was purchased and agreed to.
