-CD player on my new car didn’t work. They ordered a new component so I was there to have it installed. Waited 2.25 hours. When I git my car, I noticed they had scratched my analog clock. Service man came out & they tried to rub it out, sorry but the scratch was still there and it was unacceptable to me so they are ordering a new one. I drove away & then realized my phone wasn’t connected. Went back & they made me wait while the 3 service folks stood there talking. Finally got help. Drove away, then saw the satellite was not working. Had to go back again & wait.
