Other Lexus dealerships I have worked with have been much better in coming by to let me know how things were progressing with my car. On both occasions at SCL I have had to go find service personal to check on my car.

My service rep was great, but it took 2.5 hours to get an oil change and a car wash after. I was told that it was a busy day with people coming in without an appointment to get their car looked at. If I have an appointment, I should get priority in my opinion. I’ve never had this take more than an hour and a half at other dealerships. Either don’t over-book appointments or prioritize those that have appointments.
