I have been a loyal Lexus customer for 8 years and this dealership came across very unethical.
I was charged for the 15K service for my Lexus, although I had a maintenance warranty package. The error was pointed out to me by a representative at another Lexus dealership. I had to follow up with Scott on three separate occasions over an 8 day period before getting a response. It was unnecessarily difficult to get this charge reversed.
Honestly, the explanation given did not come across genuine and I felt that I was being swindled by Scott and South County Lexus. It made me question the brand integrity.
Although I will still be loyal to Lexus, I will not be returning to this dealership.

Initial appt was for an LOF only. When I was given the estimate to sign, the amount was $285. There was periodic service included. It was changed back to an LOF only. I would suggest that the customer be informed as to the extent of service and the charges. Service writer responded appropriately when I requested the changes without additional up selling. Explained the suggestions made by the service tech.
