Wait for manager was too long. Recommended items for repair were not all necessary. I was advised to get an alignment even though I did one recently after getting new tires. No specs were made available. I was told the tech eyeballed the tires and found uneven tread. That’s unlikely after just a few weeks. Finally, prices for almost all services are too high. Other than that, everyone was courteous.

This is not about Davan. It is about south county Lexus calling me to bring in my car for service! I received several calls that I should bring in my car because it’s due for second service. I told your representative that my car has only 9000 miles and that I had it in at 4000 miles for service. He insisted that I should bring it in. Well, after driving 25 minutes to get there, I am told by Davan that I should bring it in at 15000 miles and it is not due for service at this time and my second oil change is not for free which is different that what I was told when I purchased it!! Complete waist of my time!!
