This is my second time going to service advisor Ronnie Crowe. Both times I was not satisfied with my experience with him as my advisor. He can be rude at times. For instance today, he asked me if I was going to stay in the lobby or leave the dealership. I said “oh they say I can get a loaner since I had an appointment at 10.” His response was “so you’re not staying here.” Very condescending tone that was not appreciated. I work in customer service and feel he doesn’t display very good customer service. In the future I will not be going to Ronnie.
