My car is new and now it has scratches all over...when I first bought the car I noticed every little scratch... so I know those scratches that appeared are caused by the perma plate that I acquired from the Honda dealership. I will be returning tomorrow to speak about this issue. I didn’t like that Hugo tried to put it on me that, I didn’t know how many scratches it had kuz I brought in the car a little dirty. When on the contrary I bought the car Only a few weeks ago so I looked at it all around and saw it only had a few scratches by the handles like I had discussed before. I will be moving forward with this issue till I see some sort of compensation for ruining my $20000 car. I do regret to say but I most say, i am utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with the work done on my car. I had higher expectations and you should m that my new car or myself as a Honda customer dont mean anything.

Empty Promises of calls that tired my patiance, big headed Service Manager Oscar ****who was so immature, apology without sincerity, and told me not to point when I was explaining my terrible experience. Was told David Rosales was sent home (TMI). Was told the tech. That originally worked on my vehicle is no longer employed with your dealership, my bad luck to have had a tech. That was not up to par, a mgr. Who mistreats his employees (David R.) Something is WRONG starting with the mgr. David took the fall for his mgrs. Jack of leadership! General Mgr. A must pay attention. Something IS Wrong!
