I was waiting for three hours for an oil change. I was more upset that my advisor was not giving me updates while the rest of the advisors kept communicating with their customers. I had to go ask for my car and look into the situation because no one was telling me what was going on. I just hope no one else has to ever wait that long, and I never want to wait three hours especially if the problem could’ve been solved quickly.

It was the least satisfied I have been visiting this location. My past experiences allowed me to have a dialogue about my vehicle to understand what types of repairs were truly needed over those that are not on a vehicle as old as mine. Today felt as though it was just a transaction, almost insulting the condition of my vehicle.
Perhaps this associate was simply by the book, but it was the least personal and more transactional as I have ever experienced.
