For being my first time there, experience was great. Great customer service! Everyone was friendly. Tony was really helpful and had great customer service. The only thing I wish I could have gotten was the complementary car wash, especially after spending a little over $3,000. But overall, the customer service was great!! Also, loved the complimentary snacks and coffee, WiFi, and shuttle bus. :-)

I was a little irritated coming in just because it takes forever to get just an oil change, but she somehow talked me into a better mood and somehow got me out of there earlier than expected. The only thing was that she mentioned the shuttle on my way out. It will be nice to use in days when I am there longer but I may have wanted to take advantage then. Also, the car wash is not working. I may have gone to another dealership if I had known that.

Eugene was professional, courteous and really was just a human being. He and the General Manager helped me with a faulty battery that was replaced during my factory warranty. I had it replaced less than a year ago and again was given another faulty battery. I am not upset about that as long as mistakes are fixed. Honda, the company, has very unforgiving rules regarding factory warranties. Because the battery was replaced during my warranty they said that the faulty battery, albeit it only being less than a year ago of installation, was under my factory warranty timeline which only gave me approximately 6 months left warranty for the second battery. These two gentlemen understood that although it was a mistake on their part they worked hard to give me a battery with an additional warranty so I no longer worry. They are human beings! I trust that they will always be fair and will always go to them for future purchases and/or service.
