Hello. My appointment was at 10am, I arrived at 9:45 and was greeted by a lady who said to me, “Are you trying to cut the line”? She asked me this three times and which I responded my appointment was for 10am she then said “is it 10:00 already?” Which I then responded that it was 9:45 and what did she want me to do come at 10:15! Not really sure why she gave me a hard time. I then sat in my car for an HOUR and watched a few cars go before me, even though they arrived in the line adjacent to me AFTER me. Also, a non appointment car was also taken before me...at this point I finally verbalized my frustration. I’ve NEVER had to sit in my car at Honda or Ford for an hour in the service line! Tony greeted me and was so nice and apologetic. I appreciated that! He made sure I was taken care of and even honored a coupon. So I wasn’t happy for the overall experience BUT was happy with Tony and the service he provided. The logistics on why there was such a long wait is on HONDA and NOT Tony. Hope you get this fixed soon! I don’t think coming 15 minutes before my appointment and being the last one in a line with no other cars be hind me at that particular point constitutes CUTTING A LINE. Thank you. Tony, thank you for your kind and professional service, you made a long and unpleasant start to my appointment end on a good note.

I would like to thank Giovanni for his great customer skills. He made me feel at home as soon as I pulled up to the service line. Giovanni came out and greeted me took down my information, and explained the procedure for my vehicle services for the day. After he was done checking me he took me to the waiting area area and offered me coffee, snacks, & water. I was very impressed with his customer service skills
