I’ve had Raul as a service writer for a couple years now. He helped me out big-time with my 2008 F2 50. Took over repairs when another shop really screwed the truck up. He’s always been very helpful. Always kept me informed and my new truck, he gets me in and out with services within an hour or so which is very important to me. Thank you.

Service was highly recommended to me. I tried several times to contact someone in the service department to get my truck fixed. After several days, I receive no call back so I ended up driving there to talk to someone. I was told the diesel mechanic’s schedule was very busy and it would take two weeks for me to bring my truck in. After the two weeks, I called the service department and scheduled a day to bring my truck in for service. I was told once I brought my truck in a diesel mechanic would be able to run diagnostics on my truck within a few hours. After three days, no one had done any service on my truck at all. My check engine light was on and no one bothered to run diagnostics on it to find out what the problem was. I use my truck for both business and personal use. I had to come and pick up my truck because I had no other means of transportation. For as much money as I paid for my super duty, I expect a higher level of quality service from a dealership with Ken Grody’s reputation. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my truck to Ken Grody Ford again, nor will I recommend it to my friends.
