I stress nothing more than a great relationship with a great service advisor. Coming from a manufacturer that never had my car for 6 hours even for diagnosis of problems I had high expectations coming to Ford. Tim Prete is the only advisor out of 25+ that I spoke to in the area that can meet those expectations.
From the first call Tim took his time to answer all my questions and immediately gave me enough faith to end the hunt for my SoCal dealer. After having to endure service depts in LA once I was eager to race down to Tim and sort out some of the small gremlins I took over on my recently purchased Raptor.
Upon arrival Tim immediately knew the remedies to all the problems I was experiencing and helped me get further with the exhaust rattle diagnosis than the previous owner’s dealer over 44k miles and a few years. I will only ever be taking my Ford to Tim as I’m certain I will never find better quality of customer service.
