Not sure why I had to use my warranty for a faulty software update for our entertainment screen. Seems like something that autouodated from ford cause the screen not to work and you had to fix the update. Also I was told they washed the car which they did not

Omygosh, I was in an emergency situation. I've been on the road traveling from Northern California with my F-150 with a camper on the back. I was staying at a campsite in San Dimas, and have plans to go to San Diego for 5 days, then make the long drive back up the I-5 to Sacramento, then towards the Lake Tahoe area near where I now live. Well,...I noticed that there was a loud growling noise coming from the front area of the vehicle, that got louder with speed. I U-tubed the heck out of the issue and suspected a bad wheel bearing. I called Ford service an explained I was traveling, didn't have an appointment, but was in this bad situation not thinking I could ever make it back to Northern California, and of course the safety concern of the whole wheel failing on the freeway. So you guys took this traveler in, made an executive decision, and decided to prioritize the job even though I did not have an appointment. I was first in line in the morning, and it was, in fact, a bad bearing. They replaced it, and I had the vehicle back by 4:00 PM allowing me to get back on the road. Tim was very helpful. When I was a kid I grew up in Buena Park when it was "Gauden Ford" run by Ray Andrews. Ray Andrews was a friend of my father's, and he opened Ray Andrews Ford in Covina later on. Tim and I discussed the history of Ford in that location, and the transformation into the excellent dealership it is now. Thank You, and thank you Tim.
