I made an appointment for 8am. to get a simple oil change after an hour and a half I saw them drive my car to the wash rack. I know it doesn’t take another hour and a half to wash the car but no one called me to say the car was finished. I went in the office to see if the car was done knowing it was. Mario told me he would check and was sorry it took so long that they had been very busy . Apparently my time means nothing to Grody Ford. I went there because you say you have a quick line. Mario was the one I made the appointment with and he acted like I had never talked to him. Tim Pete is who I usually deal with and have never had a problem but he was off and unavailable.

First thing, Without even looking at my car, I somehow was given an estimate. Which I actually saw got written down as $200. I said “wow, $200? Sweet.” The gentleman said “not sure yet, got to take a look at your vehicle.” I said “perfect. Should I wait around?” And this is on Tuesday morning. I didn’t hear anything till Wednesday afternoon that my truck would cost a little over $1600 to fix. And that was very very upsetting because you should NEVER quote someone an estimate before even looking at their vehicle. I was in the car business and that’s super upsetting and unprofessional on your guys’ end. I’m sure you guys did a great job on my truck but I’m super upset about how it was handled leading up to getting it actually worked on. Unfortunately that will probably be my last time I ever do business with Ken Grody Ford.
