No need to reach back to me, this is my first and last service visit to your dealer. Mario did not take the time to check if the recall temedy was available when I initially called about it. When I dropped off my Explorer he was on a bad call and said to whoever was on the phone that the distributor or someone sucked ****. He then saw I was standing there and said it was a bad day, when he input my info he asked me if I wanted a complimentary wash, I said yes. He was distracted and asked me 2 other times if I said I wanted the wash, I said yes. He said he will manually write it. He called me today tonadvise he was sorry but the recall remedy wasn't available and should have checked when I scheduled the appt. I had an oil change done, when I went to pick up my vehicle Mario again mentioned not the best day and it's almost over. He called up my vehicle it took 10 minutes for the porter to drive it up, then I saw that there was no car wash done on it.

I mentioned to Mario that I received an letter from Ken Grody Ford stating the price for the Works at $64.95. He stated that the price is $84.95. I agreed to the price as I did not have the correspondence with me. When I got home I found the letter and it did in fact state $64.95. I called Mario the following day and he said that was a coupon and I had to bring it with me. I do not see anything on the letter that states I needed to bring in anything for that price. I feel I was overcharged $20 for the service which is not much but I think your dealership should honor the price.
