On Saturday with service Tim provided for is no difference than other services I’ve had through Tim. He’s up front with time frame and cost. I would recommend Tim to anyone for service on there vehicle.

The service provided was again, exceptional. I decided to wait in the lobby as my vehicle was getting serviced. Tim updated the status of the repairs to me in person on more than one occasion. He also did this for another customer waiting in the lobby also. Tim is always so considerate, friendly, gracious, kind, professional, personable, patient, knowledgeable and just plain great. Ford is very blessed to have a team member as him.
