Bob checked me in without hassle and as quickly as possible. He went beyond what Inbrought my car in for by calling me immediately after I left the lot to inquire about my check engine light. After official diagnosis, he was very honest about the repairs needed to include prices for each item. He provided me the option about what I wanted repaired. After asking for a trade estimate, he directed me to a sales associate.
