Extremely dissatisfied. I came in with a vibration in my engine. Left with the same vibration if not worse. New City Chevrolet had my van for 4 business days and a Saturday to complete MINOR work. I'm out 4 days pay at work and my van still has the vibration. The vibration was the first thing on my estimate that needed to be checked/addressed. I was charged $800 for other simple services that needed to be performed.
But the vibration was never addressed or fixed. Then after the services performed, Alex said the technician, advised a throttle body cleaning for an additional $170. I know enough about cars that the cleaning will not fix the vibration. I hoped that taking my car to the dealer would stop me from being ripped off. But this visit proved car dealerships like New City Chevrolet are still in the racket style of business. I've lived in San Diego for 40 years. I will never recommend anybody to go to the "New City Chevrolet".
