Jillian did an outstanding job on our recent service. There were a couple of issues to be dealt with and she made sure each was taken care of and that we were aware of all that was going on. We greatly appreciate her coordinating the loaner vehicle for us also.
Dealing with her definitely relieved any apprehension we had about having a dealership service our car this time or in the future

I am usually satisfied. I set a 7:30a appt for an oil change & tire rotation. My car wasn't ready until after 11am. Mike was apologetic, and I have no complaints about his service. I was frankly annoyed that the procedures took so long. I was one of two people in the customer lounge when I arrived. The room filled up at various times during the morning. All of the other customers got their cars before mine. Not sure why that happened
