It took more than 2 hrs for an oil change. When my car was ready was parked for 15 min before I went to talk to a service advisor. My car wasn't brought up to the front, I had to go pick it up myself. In addition, I paid more than 70 dlls for an oil change which is outrageous. I have never paid more than 50 dlls for an oil change an tire rotation. No more.

Mike Kennedy is my go to PLATINUM LEVEL Service Advisor. When Mike fields my car issues I have NO NEED TO WORRY whether he and his SUPER team of service techniams/automotive engineers, especially Luciano "Lucy" will diagnose, troubleshoor, locate parts that seem to be endangered species, and do what is necessary at an affordable price in order to keep me safe.
I have a million times more Faith in Mike Kennedy and his team and the Outstanding quality of their work, attention to detail and expertise than I do in the current car 2016 CRUZE LT that I leased from City Chevrolet in June, 2016. The ONLY reason I got the car to lease was so that I could continue to coordinate any car issues with Mike Kennedy if and when problems arose.
He is THE ONLY Service Advisor who knows all the tech platforms that are constantly being inteoduced, and he also knows the "old school" way to get a car back safely on the road again.
