I think a solution was pursued by fixing various thongs, some of which was clearly not required. My car was filthy when I got it back, stains on the drivers seat which will not come out. Fingerprints and smudges on the driver side window. Edgar was awesome. Very helpful. Kept me informed and in the loop.
