I was a bit disappointed with the service this week. Leaving the truck for multiple days and picking it up dirty was the first item. The second item was the valet did not pull all the plastic cover or the service number from the mirror. I expect more from the dealer especially for the cost.

It’s always a pleasure to bring my 2000 Expedition in for service. The service writers are always professional and knowledgeable.

Joe Gutierrez was very helpful. He called me to schedule the battery installation as soon as it came in. Additionally he helped me with my oil change and maintenance of my vehicle. He also communicated that I can begin charging my car again and helped with resetting the dashboard functions to display what I keep track of while driving. Christina Z

Domingo is always very helpful and a pleasure to work with when I am having my vehicles serviced. He is very knowledgeable and helpful when I ask him questions about my vehicles.

Domingo was great during my visit and kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle and when it would be completed.

I wanted to express my frustration regarding my recent experience after dropping off my vehicle with Sheldon on Monday to have the power steering pump fixed. When I left my car, I explained how critical it was for me to have the vehicle back by Tuesday morning due to my responsibilities as a veteran attending a VA-supported course. Missing more than three days of class not only risks being dropped from the program but also puts me in a position where I’d have to repay funds to the VA and retake the course. Sheldon reassured me that my vehicle was already in the lineup for Tuesday morning and that it would be completed in time. When I called Tuesday morning for an update, I was told my vehicle was sixth in line. Later in the afternoon around 2 PM, I followed up again and spoke with Domingo, who told me that Sheldon was off and that he wasn’t sure about the status of my vehicle. I find it extremely unprofessional that I was told my vehicle would be prioritized, only to find out the person who made that commitment wasn’t even working that day. On top of that, there was no follow-through, no communication, and now my car has sat outside - unfixed - for over a day, essentially getting a “free car wash” at my expense. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and the broken promises. What makes this even more frustrating is that my entire family has been loyal to Villa Ford for years. Our family serviced multiple vehicles here, and have always felt like our business mattered. But in this case, it feels like I wasn’t prioritized at all. Despite being a long-term customer and being up front about the urgency of the situation, my concerns were brushed aside, and I’ve been left in a very difficult position. I hope this experience is not a reflection of how you treat all of your customers, especially those who have trusted you for years. Given how this situation was handled, I’ll likely be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
