The issue with my 2020 Explorer ST was not resolved. The reverse brake assist and back up camera have been faulting on and off for months. Instead of replacing the back up camera, which is a known fix for this issue, Villa Ford was advised to do a system upgrade instead. I brought my SUV home yesterday and this morning the same exact errors faulted again. So now I have to take the SUV back for a repair that should have been done already.
