Never coming back, Joel is totally incompetent, he does not listen or care about the information provided by the customer during the vehicle drop off and he does not provide even average customer service. He has an attitude of superiority towards the customers, but it’s obvious he doesn’t know what he’s talking about when it comes to the repair of your vehicle. Joel tries to demean people so they feel like he’s doing them a favor to repair their vehicle. Have a fantastic day.

Jane was very knowledgeable and professional yesterday & today. She is a good communicator via texts & phone calls. She asked if I wanted my SUV washed today before I picked it up. That was unexpected because the Ford Dealer in Fullerton never washed my vehicle when I took it there for repairs or service. They did wash vehicles of customers that had bought cars from them. I appreciated the extra service.
