A new battery and a blown fuse for body control module ($22) does not add up to charge of $969.94 at all. Plus the description of how the failure happened from the service advisor is completely wrong and possibly the reason for said diagnosis. This is the second time we brought car in for repairs and was told "not covered under warranty". Paying 2 more years for a car now that won't run.

It was terrible service, you guys had my car for two days total, only looked at it for an hour and a half and we’re ready to charge me $600 more to find the problem. It’s actually sad that a certified dealership actually tries to take advantage of people. I went to pick up my car today and the lady in front of me was getting an oil change, she was charged $300 for an oil change bc you guys have a new technology that **** out all the oil so there is no old residue, cmon man really you can go to plenty of places to get an oil change for $20-$40 bucks in 15 minutes. It’s a shame and this has been a horrible experience. Glen was no help at all either

The Ford Dealer I have always taken my vehicles to, is always so busy. Arranging to have service on my Fords has always been such a hassle, until now. Villa Ford is very close to where I work, and I didn’t have to wait a week to get my vehicle in for a basic service . Thank you for arranging the Lyft as well!
