It was raining and I had to ride my bicycle to pick up my car when it was ready. I called the dealership to see if they could get me a ride and they happily got me an Uber so I could pick up my car. Really appreciate it.

We left our car for 3 days and they could not fix the problem.
It sees the works on the car are tech workers not mechanics. I am very upset with the service. After paid my bill my wife drive our car from the shop and after two stops at red light the engine miss fired in idle. What the hell is going on? The service did not tell me what was the service to have to work Edge.

I consider one sign of great service is to receive a phone call when the work is complete. Victor called me and I appreciate that very much. After notifying me that the work was done he asked if I would like to have my truck delivered to me which was a pleasant surprise and very convenient. All I can say is please keep up the great work!
