Carlos is an outstanding service agent in my opinion. He is the reason I am using Ford to do the maintenance work on my vehicle. i’ve always felt that the dealerships charge more than the local mechanic so I have sought out mechanics who do excellent work for a decent price. However, since I purchased this prowled 2013 CMAX in June of this year I decided to give Ford of Orange a try and this is when I met Carlos. He treated me with respect and took care of every service detail promptly and efficiently. He contacted me with updates on the progress of the work and made sure I was well informed of any issues that arose. I could go on and on about how pleased I am with his service but suffice it to say that I will continue to do business with Ford of Orange because of the strength of the relationship and trust I have in Carlos. He should be rewarded for his excellent service in my opinion.

Communication was poor. It may have been a challenge to do the diagnosis, but service representative could have contacted me. I always had to call. Example: told by email on Monday car would be ready and expect a call when to pick-up. No call. Representative went home when I went to dealer. Guys on duty explained the inspection sheet. One representative recognized the difficulty of the diagnosis and made suggestions. That guy was good for the department. No, not a satisfactory experience-expensive.
