Drove it 6 miles and the check engine light is on. Transmission also clunks when put in gear forward or reverse. I guess it will go back in a day or two.

Mr. Angela was not knowledgeable. He did not read the notes for my appointment. He immediately told me “no” for every request I had. He told me the recall I had scheduled the service for was not repairable. Turns out, it was. He told me it would be 7-10 days for the service department to even look at my vehicle for a transmission issue covered under warranty. I had to ask about a loaner vehicle if I was to leave my vehicle. He told me I was only covered for 10 days. He would not offer a loaner even though my vehicle would need to stay all day for the recall. I had to decline the recall repair and only did a service.My vehicle has exclusively been serviced at Villa since purchasing it from Villa. I will be looking for another dealer to check the transmission and recall.

Carlos was very matter of fact, but too hard in his delivery. I’ve had several issues with Villa fords service department. My last 2022 mustang echo boost had several issues and I got low quality service from the service department. I recently traded it in and purchased a 2024 GT. The car is only two weeks old and I’m already have issues. I hear a thumping sound when I apply the breaks and I brought it in to be looked at. Carlos in a stern cold manner showed no empathy for my situation and stated that my car was number 12 in the Que and that it would take about two weeks to get looked at. He was giving me the vibe that he didn’t want to help me and scare me off so that I’d be one less customer he had to deal with. I then asked if I could make an appointment to bring it back and he again in a stern manner stated “no it doesn’t work that way” I don’t know why your service advisors are so awful. You are very quick to push people to buy a new car but then when something goes wrong with it you are fast to treat us like dirt. I will be reporting this to Ford corporate directly
