My Edge looks fabulous after the Cilajet was done. I’m very pleased. Also, I would like to take this time to tell you that Jane Neuenswander is the best Service Advisor I have ever had at Villa Ford. She is very personable and cares about me as her customer! She is confident in all aspects of what service my car needs, when I bring my Edge in for service. She also takes extra time to look up my previous ‘issues’ and makes sure I haven’t had any further issues. At times, when she’s reviewed my service records with me, it has triggered a question or concern I have regarding my Edge. She is very thorough!! I always request her when making an appointment, because I know she will take good care of me and my car. I can’t thank her enough for all she does to ensure I’ll be taken care of!! Thank you Jane!!
