Everything was good. The only issue is that I think the oil filler guage the tech uses to fill the oil in the vehicle might need to be recalibrated. I drove the Explorer for 15 minutes to let the oil circulate throughout the engine and new filter. Came home & let it sit for one hour on a flat surface. I checked the dipstick 3 different times and the oil was above the top line for full. The technician was very polite and considerate. I would ask for mobile oil change service again.

My Edge looks fabulous after the Cilajet was done. I’m very pleased. Also, I would like to take this time to tell you that Jane Neuenswander is the best Service Advisor I have ever had at Villa Ford.
