Domingo was amazing when up and beyond for me, which I much appreciated. He kept with good communication and updates and returning my phone calls, which is another thing that is much appreciated.

Glen was a good guy. I met him the last time I had a recall item in passing. Professional as well. He was able to eyeball my tires and determine I need to get them replaced, hr even offered a recommended tire. I did not end up buying them but I appreciated his input.
I was ready to spend the day working from the auto center, thats what I did last time. He offered to get me a Lyft ride home because he expected to have the car all day. It was much better working from my own office.
By the time lunchtime came around I received a call from Glen notifying me my car was ahead of schedule and verifying of it was a good time to have my vehicle dropped off. I was in my washed car before 1pm. This was faster than the first recall repair I had completed over a weekend and I really enjoyed the experience and Glen's help.
Now tell your people to bring back the Ford Fusions.

My car was at the dealership for over 5 weeks . When first brought in at end of February I was told my car was number 59 in the queue. I made the appointment while in Tucson on Rhursfay ti bring into Villa Fird at 9 am Friday . I initially made the appointment because if a “check engine” light . After I was in OV for two weeks ( I live in Bishop) I told them I needed to get back home because I had run out if my medications and needed to finally pick up my mail . I received a loaner car to drive there and back . I think that the reason it sat there for s long time was because of my extended warranty and may have been out in the back burner .
