The tech left grease all over my truck. I had to take my truck to the dealership when he was done to reset my oil change and to adjust my windshield wipers. I had the recall done for the wiper motor and he left the wipers up about 4” from where they should sit.

Glen and work were great the fact after purchasing a warranty that I was told EVERYTHING would be INCLUDED but the tires, we decided to purchase the warranty that I NEVER would have purchased if I had to pay for work to get done. Having grown up in the car business I knew not to purchase that warranty but could not pass up with that deal. Boy was I WRONG. NEVER AGAIN! Please explain why this is the case.????
