After waiting 2 and a half hours my car was never worked on. I had to leave without getting my oil changed and was 30 mins late to work. If I would’ve known that making an appointment was useless I would’ve never made one knowing that you take other peoples cars before the ones who’ve made an appointment. I had to explain to my work why I was late. I’ve NEVER waited two hours for an oil change from you guys ever. It’s never taken more than an hour. I’m in disbelief that I now have to come back, wait more time, then still pay 100$ for an oil change. It’s baffling
