Had a great experience. I got a nail in one tire of my 2025 Edge. It as a busy Saturday but I was able to get in and get it my tire repaired and the wait was not very long at all. Joel and the other staff were all great and very helpful. I didn’t buy my car from this location but I wish I would have. I plan to return for my future service needs.

Richard was very kind and made sure I knew all the details of what would be done and made sure I knew of the pending recalls. I was able to have all work done on my vehicle and was glad I did not have to leave it overnight. Richard informed me through text about the progress on my vehicle, and he called as soon as it was done. To be clear, it was nothing Carlos did. It is because I feel like my mileage range is still the same as it was when I took it in. I bought a Route 1 Mach-E for the potential to reach 312 miles. To date, i’ve never come even close to that. I feel like I bought a Route 1 model which had the bormal range that everyone else gets with the standard model so why did I pay extra for mine.
