Joel is a great rep at Villa Ford. He is easy going and pleasant to work with. He got us set up for our service very quickly and understood what we wanted and needed. He even checked in on us during our wait and provided an update on the process with an accurate timing. Definitely coming back!

My car was unable to be fixed after having the car for 8 days, so I am not satisfied with my service experience. I understand cars are more complicated now, but I really hoped for a resolution for the car...I really like driving this car and wanted to keep it..especially because you no longermake this model.On the good note Domingo did everything he could to help me, he even spoke to management on my behalf which I greatly appreciate. I felt like he did everything he could to help, so no fault with Domingo at all.If anyone has any ideas on how to fix the car I would love to hear. I know I don't work in your industry but it seems very strange to me that the car isn't fixable.

My Ford 500 is 20 years old but still has a lot of life and service left in it. I appreciate the way the Villa Ford employees treat me and my car as important as anyone with a much newer car that would be more expensive by today’s standards. My car had an issue that was repaired and runs like a brand new car car!

I’m happy you changed the battery; however, it shouldn’t take your tech 24 hours to figure out the problem. It’s a battery. Very easy to test. Jose Gutierrez needs work on his customer service. He doesn’t listen and acts like a condescending jerk.
