I had the opportunity to get Richard as my intake specialist again and was thrilled I did. Richard is very friendly and thorough with his work that he found some recalls on my vehicle. After he made sure my vehicle was handed to the mechanics, he ensured I had a ride back hime courtesy of Ford. Upon my return, he personally ran to get my car since the current valet person was attending another vehicle.
