I was charged $705.99 for labor mechanical for testing done on my Escape, for the problem to be a missing 10amp fuse. According to Fords Service Repair Manual, a thorough inspection of the wiring and connectors(which includes fuses)is to be done before testing the car for problems. Clearly, that didn't happen in thus case. When asked about this, I was told, "Oh, well, we had already done all the testing, so, yea." I should not have had to pay that much for your workers mistake in not first checking the wiring and connectors. I will be calling higher ups in Ford and the General Manager at this Ford about this and will definitely not do business at this Ford again!
